Henry & House Updates

Henry continues to produce very decent art work. Markers and crayons are his favorite medium.

He was bitten at daycare today. It left a mark.

Henry loves playing with Little People and action figures and what not. He calls them his "guys".

Yesterday we were playing this game where I would say "who farted?" and we would point at each other and say "you". Then, one time, I asked him again and he said "Jo Jo" -- one of his buddies from daycare. Maybe you had to be there. I just thought it was cool that he already knows how to blame other people for stuff. He is growing up to be such a fine young boy.

He is totally off the nuk.

Our laundry room is a shade of plum. We had our belated painting party last weekend and got quite a bit done. Many thanks are in order to those who showed up to lend a hand. Grandma Judy has been a varnishing work horse. Grandpa Fred and Jonny and Brenda painted and primed on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you so so much. There is still a fair deal of painting to go. After that, I lay tile and put down the wood flooring. Hopefully, the cabinets and countertops will be done soon after that. After that -- trimming and what not... who knows.

Whoa! Henry looks so much older in this picture than the other ones that you have posted. Cool.
Esther also calls her Little People her "guys".
Good job on the de-nukking. Esther is a complete nuk junkie. I hope she doesn't have the thing in her high school graduation photo.
Congrats on the house progress, that rocks.

I see him every day and thought the same thing about this photo -- very mature!

Yay for being off the nuk! I'm so glad that Kirk never developed that habit. It seems like it would be a tough one to break.
